All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated (such as during pre-orders or high-volume seasons). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when it ships.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Pre-Order Items

If your order includes a pre-order item, please allow 1–2 weeks for processing and shipping as those items are being specially prepared. Full orders may ship together once all items are available.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Occasionally, we offer free or discounted shipping during special promotions.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, once it leaves our hands, the carrier is responsible for delivery. If your package is lost or delayed, please reach out to the shipping carrier first. We are happy to assist as needed.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. For international requests, please contact us directly to see if arrangements can be made.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for choosing to support this work. Some products on our website are offered as pre-orders, meaning they are not yet ready to ship at the time of purchase. Pre-ordering allows you to reserve your copy or item in advance as it is being produced.

Processing & Shipping Time

Combined Orders

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items:

• Your entire order may ship together once all items are available.

• To receive available items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Payment

Payment is collected at the time your pre-order is placed. This confirms your reservation and supports the production process.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because pre-order items are produced especially for our community, cancellations or changes may not be available once the order is placed. If you need assistance, please contact us, and we will do our best to support you.

Returns & Exchanges

Pre-order items are considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

We value transparency and communication. If there are any unexpected delays, you will be notified by email.
